The Best Games to Stream Right Now (September 2021)

Hello creators! Welcome back to the Best Games to Stream Right Now for September 2021! We are getting close to the holiday season with a fresh slate of new titles. However, there are a ton of newer titles and updates coming to popular games that you should check out. We put together a quick list of some games you should give a go as we inch closer to the holidays. Take a look!

Twelve Minutes

Twelve Minutes is an interactive thriller that puts the player in a time loop. What makes this game extra special is that Daisy Ridley, James McAvoy, and Willem Dafoe star as the characters of this game. The goal is to find out what is going on and how to get out of the time loop that you are stuck in.

This is a great title to play as a story-based content creator. Not only is there a ton of replayability on the game, but its a fun game to play together as you work through what to do next. You can get chat interacting very easily with this type of game. Use this to drive chat engagement and to show off a fun, new game in the process.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt

If you like Battle Royales, definitely give Bloodhunt a try!

Bloodhunt is a free battle royale where the goal is to survive a war between vampire sects. You gather weapons and use abilities to kill other vampires, while not being seen by the public. If you are seen by a non-vampire, you are revealed to the others for a period of time, making you easier prey for those that hunt. The style of gameplay depends on the archetype you decide to use, making each game completely different than the last.

Games like Bloodhunt are great if you love to stream the battle royale genre, but want to stray away from Warzone or Apex Legends. With the different archetypes implemented, it helps stir up the meta and provides a unique way to play every game. Engage your chat with channel points on which archetype to pick, or even design how your character will look with their help.

Destiny 2

Destiny 2 has been featured before, but hear us out! There is a great reason to get back into Destiny if you took a break, or never gave it a go.

The next Destiny 2 expansion is set for February 2022 with The Witch Queen. While it seems very far away, this is a perfect time to get back into the Destiny 2 grind. As many guardians are aware, Destiny 2 requires grinding gear and light levels to progress through raids and other open world events. Therefore, if you took a break, now is a great time to prepare for The Witch Queen by kicking off the rust and getting your guardian back into shape.

If you’ve never tried Destiny or Destiny 2 before and want to start with The Witch Queen, you’ll definitely want to start now. There is so much to do to get fully caught up with the story and leveling your character that waiting is only going to hurt you. Hop into the game and familiarize yourself with the mechanics and story.

In both instances, getting some traction going with a big game like Destiny 2 is a necessity. If you expect people to come into your stream on launch, you’ll be sorely mistaken (and have a pretty empty chat). You want to use this time to build up your audience either by showcasing your expertise as a veteran player, or gathering new interested individuals who want to follow you along on learning the game. Both offer great ways to engage your community and chat.

While we are close to the holiday game season, there are many games both new and old, that are great for building an audience around. New battle royales like Bloodhunt are awesome if you focus on the battle royale genre, but want a fresh take. Meanwhile, games like Twelve Minutes or Destiny 2 are great for getting chat engaged with story and building out your character in the process.

If you have other games that you think should be on the list , let us know in the comments! We might feature them on our next article!

Thanks for reading and as always, keep on creating and GLHF!
